The central location of Bruce places you close to all the dynamic shops, restaurants and cafes of the Belconnen, Dickson, and Braddon precincts. It is an easy walk to various local eateries, including Café Momo for jumbo coffees and Qure for curry night or mini pizzas. Fern Hill Park and Gossman Nature Reserve are nearby and there are plenty of top-grade sporting facilities – AIS, Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre and Canberra Stadium. Buses are at your doorstep, and it is a mere 5kms to the CBD.

There is a single allocated car space in the swipe card access carpark. It’s right in front of the lift that takes you up to ground level.
Your apartment is on level 3 so you’ll have some stairs to climb to get to the treetop view you’ll love!

One Queen bedroom with quality fresh linen and fluffy towels - built in wares robes with both shelves and hanging space, a European style laundry with both washing machine and dryer as well as laundry tub, vacuum, mop etc.
A bathroom with handheld shower head, toilet and vanity with shampoo, conditioner, body-wash and hand soap plus a hairdryer to save you some luggage space :)
Fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm from local ingredients from the IGA a short walk down the path, or pop some 2 min noodles into the microwave for a quick meal while watching your favourite streaming service on the new smart TV.
Dining table that comfortably seats 4, a separate desk and chair for those that choose to work remotely with the living area sliding doors open while you listen to the natural bird life in the tall gum trees outside your window!
