Positive: The man who worked on the breakfast service on the 5th floor. He was very friendly, helpful and extremely nice to deal with. An exemplary employee. The room was nice, though a long walk from the lift. The bed was too firm and there was no extra mattress topper available, which was a pity. Breakfast was good value.

Negative: No resolution available for the hard mattress.
