Summary: Bathroom was quite dirty, alot of mould in the shower, hair on the floor. Lack of hooks in bathroom to hang wet towels. Dusty in the room. Hallways looked quite dirty on the floor. We had to wait a long time on checkout day to pick up our bags as the had too little personnel working then couldn’t find our bags. We left 6 bags there and they had split them all so it was difficult to find.
