This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living space home is ideally suited for two families, couples or small groups. Large outdoor grass areas and two separate indoor living spaces works brilliantly for kids and is a rarity in a holiday house.
The spacious kitchen, dining and living areas flow out onto the large sunny north facing balcony capturing breath-taking water views of the Crookhaven to Mt.Coolangatta. Two-Thirds Blue has been lovingly decorated with modern décor of inspiring photographs and paintings to enhance the relaxed atmosphere.
Two-Thirds Blue is an open plan, fully self-contained home in the hidden seaside town of Orient Point, close to the beautiful beaches of Culburra (1km away) – Culburra Beach and Werrain Beach to accommodate for the changing wind or surf conditions. Also, close to boat ramps at Orient Point and Crookhaven Heads, National Parks and a riverside park with playground equipment.
Just a short car trip, Culburra has ample shops including a large Woolworths supermarket, Chinese restaurants, Bowling Club, bakeries, takeaways, pizza shop, butcher, BWS, petrol station, chemist, medical practise, day spa, newsagency, surf shop, bait & tackle shop, post office, hairdressers and boutiques.
So, whether you want to laze by the pool, surf, cycle, snorkel, fish, whale watch, beach walk, kayak, or just do nothing on the large sunny balcony taking in the expansive views, Two-Thirds Blue is ideally located and a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Two-Thirds Blue is not available for weddings, pre-wedding celebrations, schoolies groups or parties/functions of any kind as it is situated in a quiet residential street.
