Summary: Didn't feel as luxurious in person as it does in the photos and marketing. The loft apartment isn't - it's merely a two-story apartment on the lowest floor, contrary to the actual meaning of the word "loft" ('a room or space directly under the roof of a house or other building'). So the view was mostly of the road and a couple of median strip trees, and the road noise was substantial. There was supposed to be a bottle of wine on arrival, but there was not. No room upgrade was offered despite there appearing to be plenty of vacancy. The apartment itself was decent - spacious for the most part, and well-arranged. The facilities were mostly good, though the washer/dryer is a combo Samsung unit which takes five hours to run a basic clean & dry cycle, takes only a half-size load, and can't actually dry thicker materials like jeans. So we ended up having to drape clothes over railings and chairs. The main bathroom had soap & lotion dispensers at the sink but none in the shower (just the old-fashioned, wasteful single-use tiny plastic bottles). The parking was a couple of minutes walk away in an unpleasantly cramped garage - many spots are only accessible to tiny, low cars. There were no working electric car chargers in the parking lot. With city traffic it was a fifteen minute exercise to park or fetch the car. The buffet breakfast was decent overall - a reasonable range of cooked and continental options, but many of the cereals were in wasteful tiny-portion packaging.
