Positive: Staff were lovely and helpful, room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable, overall the hotel was clean had a good ambient feel and smelt lovely.

Negative: Price of the room was expensive for what it was. Our view from our room was of a construction site. We were given complimentary ear plugs obviously because when they are working it must get loud, lucky we were there over the Christmas break. We only had free TV channels to watch and if we wanted to watch paid TV channels we had to log into our own YouTube/Netflix account. We had to pay extra for breakfast, which was average, it was apparently Italian inspired, a couple plates of prosciutto and mortadella and some biscuits isn't very Italian.
