Summary: The check in was made very difficult for a business booking. Everything has been arranged prior under the business partners name and paid, yet I was still asked for credit card details. Later on they claimed the credit card details do not match my name (not a surprise as its a business credit card). If I would have not checked my emails again, I do not know if I would have been able to do the late check in. The room was fine. The aircon a little loud and dripping and pressure in the shower was low. However the bed was comfortable and it was clean, for a short stay it is okay, if you can check in before 3 pm
