The beach house is a 2 storey holiday home. Perfect for a family or 2 being able to sleep 10 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large lock up garage. Ideal location being a 2 minute walk to Lake Victoria and a 3-4 minute drive to 90 Mile Beach. Fantastic views of Lake Victoria are seen from both the expansive deck / kitchen meals area and the main bedroom.
Upstairs
There are 2 queen sized bedrooms each with queen sized beds, both with built in robes. The main bedroom has views over Lake Victoria, 49 inch TV, dvd/blu ray player and direct access to the decking. The spacious living area is open plan with a 55 inch SMART TV, DVD player. Internet is also now available to the property. Stacker doors fully open up onto the expansive deck which includes a brand new 4 burner hooded gas BBQ, with outdoor table setting and large new outdoor couch all perfect to sit back and relax all with wonderful views. The modern kitchen is fully self-contained with a dishwasher and the recent addition of a brand new ceramic cooktop and oven. The bathroom has both shower and bath facilities. There is a separate toilet with hand basin. All queen bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans. The living room also has a split system air conditioning / heating unit. A coonara is a great addition to the living room.
Downstairs
There are 2 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed with built in robes now with movable heater for winter and a fan for summer, the 4th bedroom is for the kids - 2 x bunks (4 single beds) with built in robes - this room also has Lake Victoria views. Opposite the kids bedroom is the games/books walk in cupboard,there are novels for the adults, reading books for the kids and stacks of dvds for both the kids and adults -there are activity books for the kids and games to play. There is a Separate bathroom with shower facilities. The laundry is complete with washing machine. There is also internal access to the garage. The passage way leading to the front door opens up to the downstairs deck which also has a wooden outdoor table setting and a small table with 2 chairs to also take in the views
Doonas/covers and pillow/cases are all provided. All you require is to supply your own sheets, towels and tea towels.
Lots of Adult / Kids Bikes and a toddlers bike, skate board and scooter, surf & boogie boards are available to use at own risk. A new table tennis table with accessories to keep the kids (or adults) entertained. There is also a canoe for use located in the garage.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Pets are fine but just not inside the house
