LOCATION

We are located in quite a central location on Philip Island. It would be a short drive to many of the tourist sites ;

- 10 minutes drive to the Penguin Parade
- 5 minutes drive to the Philip Island Grand Prix Circuit
- 3 minutes drive to Smiths Beach
- 8 minutes drive to the Cowes restaurants and cafes

- short drives to the famous surf beaches on the island, san remo restarurant strip, churchill island farm, chocolate factory and many more sights and sounds.

LINEN HIRE

A standard booking includes a doona, pillows with a pillow protector, mattress protector and 2 tea towels and a bath mat.

Guests can bring their own sheets and towels or opt to pay for extra 'optional linen'.

Summary: A lovely holiday home that is airy and cozy. The two separate living rooms with the entertainment on offer were an excellent addition for someone to wind down at the end of the day. Will definitely book again. The host was quick to respond and the house was a delight.
