Sunny with sea views, this coastal-style home is peaceful, practical & family-friendly. Just 5 mins drive from the spacious beaches & main esplanade of tropical Yeppoon, & 20 mins from Rosslyn Harbour, it's perfect for all things holiday - resting, connecting, entertaining, & touristing! With 4 light-filled bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, modern boho-chic furnishings, an open-plan kitchen/dining area, cosy lounge space & large patio, our home can accommodate 2 couples & 4 kids. Great for 2 small families, or bring Nan & Pop!

Our home is at the top of a culdesac, offering sea views, breezes, peace and privacy, and so much sunlight! 40mins drive from Rockhampton airport, and 5 mins drive from Yeppoon Main Street and beaches, our family home is close enough to be convenient, yet just out of the hustle and bustle. (Nearest bus stop is 13mins walk.)

You will have access to our entire family home and yard (except for the study, which will be locked). The block is completely fenced and safe for children. Enjoy mountain views to the west, and sea views to the east. Note that this is a NEW BUILD and as such, parts of the yard have not been landscaped and are still a bit ‘wild’. However, there is still plenty of space for the kids! Unfortunately we do not allow pets on our property at this time.

Yeppoon is a lovely little beach town which has been recently revamped and is great for families. The Yeppoon Lagoon (resort-style free swimming pool), Keppel Kraken water-park, and Appleton Park kids playground and skatepark are some local favourites.

Take long, scenic walks on the beach, which stretches on for miles. Eat at one of Yeppoon’s high-quality restaurants or cafes. Take the ferry over to Keppel Island for a day trip of snorkeling, hiking and sunbathing. Head out to Byfield’s Stoney Creek swimming hole, and iconic Nob Creek Pottery studio and store. Check out Cooberrie Park, where you can feed the kangaroos and koalas. There’s tons to do here!
