Positive: Very near to The Glen, making it easy for shopping. Great view from apartment and ample space for a family of 5

Negative: The property was not clean. We had to buy a diffuser to get rid of smell, had to vacuum the floors ourselves & wipe down the kitchen tops as it was very oily
