Summary: We were there for 8 nights. We ad some issues with the rooms allocated. We were given 3 rooms for the entire stay. Room 1 was on the 1st floor & overlooked a car park and had not much privacy. Room 2 was on the 2nd floor but not very clean and the bed was not 2 single beds which we had requested & were told would be provided. When they split the beds, housekeeping left the beds unmade. Then, we were given room 3 on the 5th floor and it was this room we stayed at for the rest of our stay for 6 nights. They split the beds in Room 3 to 2 single beds, AC was not working that well and maintenance fixed that and when we complained that the toilet seat had no buffers which made the seat uncomfortable, maintenance fitted a new toilet seat. So, in the end, we had a good stay albeit not a great start.
