A perfect spot where kids and pets can run free. Peaceful setting. Ideal for couples or small families. The sound and view of the ocean will have you relaxed in no time. Surfing, swimming, fishing, hiking, and whale watching are all within a 3-minute walk or drive.
Guests have access to the upstairs level, laundry, and garage. The downstairs area is used by the owners for storage. You’ll have the entire house to yourselves.
Pet-friendly for small dogs only (pre-approval required). The yard is not fenced.

All living spaces and bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The open-plan living and dining area opens onto both front and rear balconies.
The home is bright and airy, decorated with local beach-themed prints and artwork, radiating good vibes.
Down the hallway you’ll find the three bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
Two bedrooms have ocean views and sliding doors leading to the veranda.
Each room has hanging space and/or drawers for storage.
The front veranda features lounge chairs and Adirondack seats.
The rear veranda includes a hooded gas BBQ, a small alfresco dining table, and outdoor stairs leading down to a semi-enclosed backyard with a clothesline.
Laundry facilities with washer and dryer are available through the garage downstairs.
The owners and their families vacation here throughout the year and are happy to share their love of the area with you.

The home is in a very peaceful spot — on a quiet street, with an unspoiled beach just across the road.
Beautiful walking trails nearby showcase wildflowers and native wildlife.
Surfing, paddleboarding, paragliding, and fishing are right on your doorstep.
Spot migrating humpback whales from May to November directly from the bluff.
Pilot Beach, perfect for safe swimming, and Kattang Headland, with its scenic walking tracks, are both just 3 minutes’ drive away.
Enjoy a coffee at the Boatshed Café and take a riverside stroll along Dunbogan Boulevard.
