Positive: Perfect location, comfortable, clean, large king room with balcony and views. Coffee with views.

Negative: Didn't appreciate cleaning staff being extra exuberant and noisy when cleaning balcony next door at 7.30 Sunday morning. Think booking.com should say about extra $30 per day for parking.

Summary: Great accommodation. Parking fee extra $30 per day.
