Positive: Great Location, comfortable bed and awesome water pressure in shower. Bistro also had lovely food

Negative: Some rooms still need a little updating.. eg: paint on walls peeling of in bathroom. But I did hear they are planning on getting that done. So will be amazing once they have done that
