Positive: Beautiful room with a great view and location. Concierge was very friendly and professional helping us to our room.

Negative: Room service staff refused to help me over the phone. Housekeeping arrived at 9am, then claimed (incorrectly) that we’d left do not disturb on to avoid cleaning the room. 4 housekeeping carts still present in the corridor at 530 pm while staff chatted
