Positive: The house was comfortable and cosy. Lovely furniture. Nice location. 10 minute drive to Batemans Bay.

Negative: Outdoor furniture was full of cobwebs. Leaves all over furniture. This wasn't owners fault, agency cleaners did not prepare for us coming. No dishwasher/washing machine. Needed thicker blankets for the second bedroom for the colder weather. Front gate needed a new lock.TV did not work. Agency did offer to come out, but was working at the time, then went off. Wasn't connected properly.
