Ocean Breeze is a newly built single storey three-bedroom plus study, holiday home in Middleton is just a short walk on flat ground to the local surf beach at Middleton Point or Chapman Road. The Space:
The large open plan living/dining room includes comfortable lounges, a TV and a dining suite to seat six. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooking, microwave, Lavazza coffee pod machine and more. Enjoy an afternoon snack perched on the timber stools overlooking the kitchen area.
Bedroom one is very spacious with queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and a lovely ensuite with vanity, toilet and shower. There is access via a timber deck to the yard through the glass sliding doors.
