Summary: When planning our trip to Sydney, we contacted the hotel in advance about parking. At no point were we informed that the “discounted” parking (a mere $4 off) only allowed a single entry and exit—something that turned out to be very inconvenient to rent a car for someone who doesn’t know parking is IMPOSSIBLE in the CBD. Our room was also noisy, and to top it off, we were woken up at 5am the next morning by a terrible smell coming from the café downstairs.
