Positive: Convenient location within walking distance of the main sites in the CBD (average 30 min walk), passing through the botanical gardens and past museums.

Negative: The place is pretty run down and could use some renovation. The windows don’t seal and it can get noisy. The ironing table is prone to hurt someone and at least two of the chairs need replacing as well.

Summary: Okay-ish, not great value for money.
