Positive: we were going on a cruise, so the location was good, not to far by car. Breakfast was nice. The family room was great, and the beds were comfortable. The man at the front counter was awesome and helped us out very much. Nothing was a problem for him when we asked for help or some special requirements due to our disability daughter
