Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The rooms are stunning and perfect location

Negative: The staff service is no where near five star to reflect the room charge of over 800 a night It has improved since I visited in September. Now the staff at least acknowledge the mistakes and poor service. Let’s hope it can get there. This hotel should be of similar standard to the Callie in Brisbane

Summary: Despite the average service we enjoyed our stay. The food was good at Haven and Lito just very slow.
