This home offers a friendly leisure aspect and captures the essence of character, personality, original period charm with light and open contemporary spaces and high luxurious ceilings.

All the shared friendly spaces are roomy and refined yet relaxed in nature. The private outdoor entertaining exudes a pretty garden with parking for two vehicles.

We look forward to welcoming you to this delightful residence and then make plans for a return visit.

Comprehensive features include a split system cooling, self contained kitchen, washing machine and dryer and smart-lock system with key-less pin code entry.

Smart TV includes Optus NBN TV plus the sports package (soccer league not AFL), local TV, Youtube and DVD player and of course free wifi is also available.

The property includes full private access to the entire two bedroom house, which includes open plan living with a four chair dining table, two twin sofas in the living room, one bedroom equipped with a King size bed and another bedroom with two Single beds. Upon request for a fifth person a battery operated air mattress can be made available. The bathroom includes a shower inside a semi bath tub and laundry facilities. You are invited to relax and rejuvenate in the private courtyard.

Your access to the property is convenient and easy with the use of a key-less pin code entry set up exclusively for each stay. Security to the property is provided with an alarm remotely activated outside of booking times. The hosts are only five minutes away so you only need to call for quick response and attention to any of your needs.

The house is a semi attached to an adjacent house so we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum and certainly quiet after 10pm to maintain the respect between neighbours. The house is located on a semi busy street so you may hear some traffic noise during peak times but the neighbourhood is otherwise friendly and quiet most of the day. Side street access makes parking at the property convenient and safe.

You will be very comfortable on both the King-size bed and two single beds. An air mattress is available upon request for a fifth person. This will need to be set up in a common space of the living room.

The cleaning fee included is for a once only clean after the end of your stay. For guests staying longer than one week with your permission we are able to offer and provide extra regular cleaning services during your extended stay at a maximum of once per week for a cost of $88 each time. This cost will include fresh linen change, general house clean including floors and bathroom, replenishing of toilet paper, shampoo, laundry and dish washing liquids. Please indicate if you are agreeable to this or whether you prefer to attend cleaning and restocking of cleaning items yourself for no extra charge.

Part of the booking process will require guests to provide a current photo ID such as a driver’s licence or passport. This can be sent through the booking platform messaging service. You may blot out specific identifying features such as ID or street number for your privacy and security. Please understand that this is for security reasons and similar to hotel booking guidelines. Summary: We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We were close to where family are. Beds were extremely comfortable. Thomas street is a little noisy with traffic which we noticed in the mornings, only because weren’t not used to that. Overall, it was great. Would recommend.
