Positive: Everything about this hotel is nice, very comfortable friendly and private if you wish, Staff are very helpful but not intrusive and it seems that no reasonable request is a problem.

Negative: Only down side to this location is it that you need to drive to town , only 2 or 3 minutes or 5 to Echuca,

Summary: Well above what you would expect from a country town hotel 5 stars
