Positive: Amazing rooms, but even better receptionist very open with communication and understanding. Such a pleasure to deal with.

Negative: It would be nice to have a mop in the room as the washing machine was on error so needed the filter cleaned when cleaning the water had to be drained out. Then needed to mop up the water had to go looking for a mop found one at the cleaners station.

Summary: The receptionist was the best, washing facilities and my dogs loved being able to stay with us.
