Positive: Beautiful grounds, comfortable room staff where all so welcoming and helpful

Negative: Bad bathroom renovation considering the heritage of the property Silly stone basin etc, more maintenance needed, peeling paint rotting balcony.

Summary: A property with great bones and a lovely welcome, great breakfast and dinner as well.
