Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very helpful receptionist who spoke perfect English. Good communication. She contacted me via what’s app as reception closes at 6.00pm. Lovely clean modern rooms. Area next to reception with microwave and water if needed. Hotel very close to bus station so can take bus from airport. Hotel is opposite large Royal Phuket Hotel. Not far to walk to old town area.

Negative: No lift and we were on 4th floor top floor. Receptionist explained heritage buildings are not allowed lifts.

Summary: Clean modern hotel, walking distance to old town area
