Summary: The Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The setting was also amazing. Unfortunately the mattress in our room felt like you were sleeping on a jellyfish. It was so soft and unsupportive that you sank down into it. Needless to say we had a terrible night's sleep. Using the shower over bath was also an accident waiting to happen. The curved floor of the bath was very slippery and there was no hold rail so you had to be very careful when stepping in and out. Both these factors made our stay much less enjoyable than it otherwise should have been.
