Summary: The hotel is a "renovated" old motel. Sadly the renovation is really only cosmetic. There is zero sound proofing in the rooms, so you hear everything from the room above you, the rooms on either side of you, the road out in front and the carpark behind you. The windows must be the same very thin glass and metal sliding frame from the old motel. The bathroom window is fixed so it needs to always be kept open slightly which adds to additional noise. The bed is also so soft that you end up bent like a banana. The cleanliness is pretty so-so around the windows. Finally there is an issue with the hot/cold water in the shower that makes it extremely difficult to get a consistent temperature meaning it is either boiling hot or too cold.
