Summary: Very disappointing experience. The hotel owner was extremely rude when I tried to confirm my booking details. I mentioned I booked via Hotels.com, but she insisted it had to be Expedia and accused me of questioning her when I simply wanted to check if payment was already made. I did not feel welcomed at all and would not recommend this hotel. Definitely the poorest hotel experience I’ve experienced.
