Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The room was very comfortable and very clean. Though the motel was of an older period it was well maintained and serviced. My wife left by accident a silk dressing gown behind in our room and staff and management went out of their way to locate her missing item and then hold onto it until our return journey two days later. Nothing was a problem, and they were very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this motel to travellers.

Negative: Having to carry our luggage upstairs was but a small inconvenience. Would have liked more time to explore Grafton.

Summary: A clean and well maintained property with courteous staff.
