Charming older-style apartment on the top floor of a small quiet block of 15 units a stone’s throw from the heart of Marrickville. Close to Sydenham metro station for a quick trip into the city and walking distance to the many great parks, cafes, restaurants and bars in Marrickville.
The space
Spacious lounge/dining room with reverse cycle air-conditioning and a couch that folds out into a sofa bed. Quiet bedroom with a comfy queen bed and lots of hanging space. Bathroom with bath and shower. Well equipped kitchen with stove/oven and microwave. Access to a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer. Unlimited high speed Wifi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player and lots of books!
