Positive: Room was nice and clean Turns out it was a little small for a family of four but nice non the less

Negative: I had arranged a cake to be delivered to reception the morning of my wife's 40th and was told that the staff would set up something for breakfast to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday on the 11th December consisting of a little something special at breakfast Nothing was set up or arranged and went to make sure the cake had been delivered to reception and the cake was just sitting at reception Nothing had been done A little disappointing but I guess they were too busy Also was told our room had been upgraded but wasn't sure what the upgrade was it didn't seem any bigger or different to what we had booked online
