Positive: The early check-in was very efficient and easy and the room was comfortable.

Negative: I booked for dinner on Sunday night for 7.00pm. in the Fairmont's restaurant We arrived at approx 6.55pm and were shown to our table. We were immediately provided with water but then had to wait, UNSUCCESSFULLY for in excess of 20 minutes for any further attention from the wait staff, despite making eye contact with the waiter who had shown us to our table. Also, it appeared that tables that were seated after us were giving their drink/food orders while we bided our time. This was totally unacceptable to US, so we left. It certainly coloured our opinion of The Fairmont.
