Grafton Heritage Accommodation welcomes you to our 1875 Victorian duplex. The left hand side known as "Eliza" consists of a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 living room unit self contained with a fully fitted kitchen, laundry and bathroom

Grafton Heritage Accommodation welcomes you to “Eliza”."Eliza" looks small but is surprisingly roomy inside.
The duplex is located within the CBD. Close to the local TAFE, the shopping centre and within 2 minutes walk of restaurants and hotels. It is only a short stroll to see the mighty Clarence river as well as other heritage items in the local heritage precinct.
If you are visiting during our beautiful Jacaranda Festival, it's only half a block to Fisher park, which is Festival central.

Summary: Steeped in history, the ideal place to stay to get away from sterile motels. Great location and ambience, just be aware the stairs are a bit steep but worth the effort to reach the upstairs lounge, a great place to chill out.
