Welcome to our cosy beach house in the small quiet township of Middleton. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation, this may not be the place for you, but if you want basics, comfort, fun, relaxation, central location and added extras, then this is definitely for you.
The property comfortably sleeps 3 people, and there is a spare single mattress if required. 2 bedrooms in main house.
It is a short 200 metre walk to local beaches, Tavern, shops and cafes.
Pets welcome by negotiation.
The house has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a single bed.
The main house has split system air conditioning and overhead fans.

Summary: We come to Sourh Australia for the gather round. The property was exactly what we need accomdation for us while weren't at the football. It was also convenient for our other activity which was fishing. Owner Lyn was a delight to deal with whenever required.
