Positive: Proximity to cafes and restaurants. Efforts had been made to provide good quality TV and cooking facilities.

Negative: Bed was uncomfortable. No management on site. Windows could not be opened. $1800 + for five nights was excessive.

Summary: Satisfactory spot for visiting person in hospital.
