The two bedrooms are beautifully decorated with king size beds which can be split to king singles. High quality bed linen, towels and local natural IKOU toiletries are provided. Double doors from the bedrooms open onto a veranda and overlook a quiet tree lined street with bush views towards Katoomba. The en-suite bathroom has a double shower and a large bath, the second bathroom includes the washing machine and clothes dryer. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. At the press of a button the cottage is very cosy with a gas fire in the lounge room which give warmth and ambience. Plus there is reverse cycle air conditioning. The lounge, dining and fully equipped designer kitchen is open plan. From the lounge, doors open to the back verandah and cottage garden. A BBQ is provided for perfect alfresco cooking and dining.
