Casa Las Valla is your secluded coastal country farmhouse style retreat space where you can come and enjoy a digital detox in the tranquility of country life yet, only a short 10mins drive to stunning Valla beach, surf, local Pubs, Taverns, shops and local restaurants. Half way between Sydney & Brisbane a quiet, peaceful location to break your journey. Cosy and comfortable the house at Las Valla the property is great for couples or families, or for a boutique retreat.
Casa Las Valla is a country style 3 BR house, located at the front area of our 20 acre property. It's private and nestled into the lush bush surrounds. Only a short 10min drive to surf beaches and other local shops, amenities and local attractions.
Comprising 2 ground floor bedrooms, a large outdoor covered deck with surrounding bush views, large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with upstairs mezzanine and the 3rd bedroom is located upstairs. Bathroom with large corner bath & shower, over the bath, separate toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet downstairs in the laundry.
KITCHEN - Fully equipped with everything you will need, gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, blender and more..
PANTRY - You will find a range of organic teas, coffee, sugar, and condiments. The Pantry also has basic everyday items such as salt, pepper cooking oil, cooking spray, foil and plastic wrap.
DINING - Large table and chairs to seat 8 people.
LOUNGE - Is for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends with a comfy leather sofa there are plenty of books, board games, ceiling fan and air conditioner, and a large open fire place to get cosy in the cooler months with firewood supplied too.
BEDROOM 1 - Luxurious King size bed for you to enjoy, ceiling fan, air conditioner and a sliding door that leads out onto the deck and bush views.
BEDROOM 2 - 1 x Luxurious Queen size bed & 2 x Single bunk beds this room sleeps 4 comfortably. Ceiling fan & air conditioner.
BEDROOM 3 - Upstairs this room has a luxurious Queen size bed, lovely bush view and ceiling fan.
MEZZANINE - Relax on the sofa and watch TV up here and look out to the bush surrounds. Air conditioner, DVD player and heaps of DVD's for you to watch and enjoy. Lounge turns into sofa bed sleeps 2.
BATHROOM - Large corner bath with shower over bath, and separate toilet.
LAUNDRY - Additional toilet in the downstairs laundry, washing machine also available for use for longer stays.
Parking is available at the house, space for 3-4 cars.
GUEST ACCESS - Locked box for keys code to be messaged or text to you upon booking confirmation. Check in time 3pm checkout 10am can be flexible if no following or previous bookings.
