Our beautiful 3-acre property Bellaview Park is set on Berry Mountain, only a 10-minute drive into Kangaroo Valley & 15 minute drive into Berry townships. Also just 25 minutes to Shoalhaven Heads, a surf-patrolled beach.
The property, with spectacular park-like gardens and distant mountain views, and beautifully renovated house includes 3 bedrooms (plus top quality queen sofa in private formal lounge), 2.5 bathrooms, a full-size tennis court, huge plunge pool swim spa, a wood fire-place, bbq and an entertainment room which includes a pool table, table tennis table and a 60-games-in-1 arcade machine.
In March 2018 we completed our extensive renovation on the house with new flooring, lighting, complete internal painting and brand new furniture and decor. More recently we have built a huge patio out the back of the house & completely replaced the washed away driveway. You will find everything you need to make your stay luxuriously comfortable including hotel quality bed linen and towels (including pool towels).
Our bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner & body wash, so no need to bring your own. Our kitchen is fully equipped, as we stay here ourselves when the property is not holiday-let, we also have a new Nespresso machine with a built in milk steamer for your convenience. We have a fully equipped laundry with front load washing machine and condenser dryer.
The dining table seats up to 8 people and the family room has a wood fire place, new lounge setting which overlooks the spectacular gardens and a new Sony HD TV. The separate formal lounge room has a new modular lounge with a quality queen sofa bed built-in, also a new Sony HD TV and blu ray player (including movies to watch) and a sitting area that overlooks the outdoor entertaining area and plunge pool swim spa – a good spot to read a book or play some board games or cards. This room has garden views from all 4 large windows to enjoy.
We have Telstra wifi for your convenience. Please note that being in a regional & mountain area the service may not be fast at times (we are still able to work from home on video conference though). We are not responsible if Telstra is doing maintenance that may impact the wifi service.
We have 2 Air Conditioners. One is in the formal lounge room which blows into the main living room to keep all entertaining areas cool or warm. The other is in our converted double garage (Games Room) to keep you cool or warm whilst playing pool, table tennis or having fun on the arcade game console.
Our 3 bedrooms consist of a main with queen bed and ensuite, a double-bed room and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and beautiful garden views... block-out curtains should you wish to have a sleep-in. Our double garage has been converted into an entertainment games room with marine grade carpet flooring for comfort.
If you are feeling active, we have provided tennis racquets and balls to use on the full-sized tennis court. It is a hardcourt surface surrounded by fencing and beautiful pine trees that act as a windbreak. We have also provided a cricket set, football, soccer ball, frisbee and a few other fun games to enjoy on the huge level lawns. The outdoor plunge pool swim spa is 4.5 metres by 2.3 metres and 1.3 metres deep, and can be used as a spa, plunge pool or to swim laps against the internal lap jets – it is safely secured by a pool fence.
The back of the house has beautiful outdoor lounge setting and a Ziggy BBQ which adjoins both the swim spa and the dining / kitchen area. The front of the house has a new deck that runs the length of the house where you can relax, overlooking the gardens and huge manicured lawns whilst watching the native birds playing in the trees.
This 3 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Child Friendly, Laundry, Pool, for your convenience.
