Positive: The location is excellent. Walking distance to 1st Ave (10 minutes along the road - 15 along the beach!). It is quiet and private and you have your own access to the beach. From the unit to the beach is a 2-minute walk. The new lounge cushions and bed linen was nice!

Negative: It was a little dirtier than previously (we have stayed here 6 times). Nothing drastic but there were some cobwebs and dust around. The bathroom needs a reno but it's serviceable and a great size.

Summary: Fantastic location and a comfortable unit for a family of 4. Great access to the beach and 1st ave.
