Positive: Great customer service, friendly staff, bins emptied daily, biscuits, toiletries, toilet paper and tissues topped up daily as needed. Fresh towels each day.

Negative: No lounge included even though the picture has one. Lots of smokers staying in other rooms. So lots of second hand smoke and it comes through the bathroom window.

Summary: Great value around Christmas time. Good location for us at the time. Friendly staff!
