Summary: The whole complex is in long overdue need of renovations. The carpet on the verandah upstairs is a safety hazard, spiders and paper wasp nests hanging off the rails, mouldy exterior, grouting in the bathroom looks like a child did it. And the list could go one and on. Only upside was that the room was clean.
