Summary: The room was upstairs and accessible only from an outdoor set of stairs, which was perfectly fine, but the ledge of the walkway to the room was starting to deteriorate, which was worrying. The room inside was nicely kept clean and with plenty of amenities in the room. The room itself does need some updating, though, as many features were outdated, including the very loud ventilation, air dryer, and heating unit (all in the bathroom). The furniture in the main room were all still in good standing and the stay was actually rather comfortable. For a single night's stay, this place did work out wonderfully well.
