For guests arriving late at night, a code will be provided to retrieve the room key from the wall mounted key safe outside our ground floor reception office, 24-hour assistance is available to guests by calling the afterhours operator on the wall phone outside the office, if you are are in transit, uber or taxi work extremely well to and from the brisbane airport terminals. we do not have a shuttle service as we are within 10 minutes from either domestic and international airport terminals, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
