Summary: The unit was hard to find due to unclear signage, and there’s no proper driveway — the high gutter scraped our coupe a few times. The kitchen is well-equipped and heating works well, but the cleanliness could be better (found dust, a dead wasp, old biscuit and greasy barbecue). Beds are uncomfortable with noticeable springs, and pillows have an unpleasant smell. Marion Bay is quiet with only one pub and a small store nearby. The unit runs on rainwater. A peaceful location but some improvements would enhance the stay.
