Summary: We stayed for 2 nights (myself, hubby and 3 year old). The house is a lovely old character house that has been renovated. The weather was freezing cold but the house stayed toastie warm with split system heaters/aircon in each room. Comfy beds with lots of warm bedding, great hot showers, well appointed kitchen. Excellent communication from the host, and they were able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in on arrival. The house was homely, well appointed and had nice touches like some kids books and toys, some books for the adults too, 2 televisions, a great dining area and nice seperate lounge. While we didn’t use it there is a great outdoor area too for the warmer months!! The area is quiet, close to the zoo and main shopping areas and there are plenty of places to eat within 5 mins of the house. We loved it and would definitely stay again.
