Positive: We had a wonderful weekend stay. Perfect for a couple or even two, the place was clean and spacious. The amenities were thoughtfully chosen and the host was extremely responsive with clear, easy instructions, meaning we didn't have to stress even if we arrived late. It was a hot day when we arrived, and the air conditioner had already been turned on, which was really appreciated. Great location, near the beach and food, and perfect if you're coming down from Melbourne and want to check out Portsea etc, but don't feel like the long drive.

Negative: The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t available this time, but we’d love to return and try it out in the future. A table to sit at, rather than at the kitchen countertop, would be appreciated, but it's difficult with the space.
