Delatite Point sits on 16 acres of lake front farmland & has direct private access from the property to the deep waters of Lake Eildon, it is a 10 minute drive from the Mansfield Township & approx 40 min to the entry gates of Mt Buller. So bring your kayaks, SUPS, boats, jet skis & fishing gear and enjoy all the beautiful lake has to offer or head up the mountain for a day of snow fun.
Once you enter the property you will drive along the tree lined driveway to a home away from home overlooking the amazing Lake Eildon. Look out for the Scottish Highlanders and Alpacas! Delatite Point is perfect for 2-3 famiies with 3 bedrooms for adults upstairs and a large bunk room with 6 single beds for children downstairs. The home has split system air conditioning/heating in every bedroom/room in the house along with heated floors in the bathrooms ensuring your comfort no matter what the temperature outside.
Spend the day out on the water, up at the snow, bike riding along the rail trails or for those who like more of a challenge mountain biking down Mt Buller during the summer season, 4WD throughout the nearby National Parks or enjoy the local wineries, even consider a scenic drive to the King Valley wineries, or just simply relax and enjoy all this property has to offer.
Upon arriving at the house you will enter the home via the downstairs door into the large comfortable lounge with TV/DVD, games & foosball table with the bunk room & large bathroom just down the hall.
Walk up the internal staircase to 3 more bedrooms, another spacious bathroom plus a well equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and access to the outdoor decking space.
With the abundant natural light that fills the home it’s the perfect setting to sit back and enjoy the picturesque High Country.
Relax on the outdoor setting admiring the beautiful views of Lake Eildon and surrounding mountains whilst listening to the sounds of the many birds or even the boats passing by on the lake. In the cooler months sit around the outdoor fire pit toasting marshmallows enjoying the magical surrounds as the sun sets over the mountains.
NB There are two homes on this property, the neighboring home is 300m away and has permanent residents. It is fenced and gated to ensure privacy to both guests & caretakers
