Recharge yourself in the comfortable four bedrooms house with great views to landscaped garden, reserve and Fadden hills. Few minutes walk to all Erindale amenities, including shopping centre, clubs, library, restaurants, buses and lots more. Few minutes drive to Tuggeranong, Woden and Mount Taylor. In this place you'll quickly learn why people love Canberra. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. One visit is enough to love this place.
The space
This is a comfortable house with complete privacy for our guests. You have full privacy in four bedrooms, open plan kitchen, lounge, living room, laundry, bathroom, ensuite. The lounge has a sliding door to the front yard, one bedroom has a sliding door to the pergola and one bedroom has a sliding door to the backyard.
Please note that the garage is used only by myself.
The house is positioned at end of cul-de-sac, surrounded by landscaped garden and trees, with beautiful views to the reserve and hills. The path next to the house will take you to the bush walk path and kids’ playground. If you like an early morning walks or runs in the reserve, this is the perfect place for you.
Close pedestrian bridge to Erindale makes very pleasant few minutes’ walk to the local centre, cafes and restaurants, Viking Park, Viking Club, Active Leisure Centre (offering enclosed swimming pool, tennis court, squash court), library, and lots more. It also takes only few minutes drive to Mount Taylor.
